Tough Days

What do you do when you've had a tough day? You, personally.
Do you complain? Do you keep it all in? Do you gripe about it on Facebook or Twitter or Blogspot?
Do you eat more, or eat less?
Do you find something to keep you active, or find someplace to relax and unwind?
I like to watch a good movie, listen to music, or read a book.
I vary between wanting to spend time with a friend (even if it can only be via phone/text/messaging) and wanting to be left alone.
As a Christian, I'm always calling out to God, and trying to give myself fully to Him. So that goes without saying that I'm praying.
